Reenactment of the Passover Meal. Join us for a special meal that includes many elements of a traditional Passover Dinner. Click here to purchase tickets.

Maundy Thursday commemorates the day before Jesus was arrested. The service includes a variety of elements from the last supper, including the foot washing.

2:30 pm Children’s Stations of the Cross

Along the walls of Grace Church, there are fourteen beautiful plaques. Each one is a station of the cross. The stations provide a different way to experience Holy Week. The times of the stations of the cross are significant, Jesus was crucified at 12:00 pm and drew his last breath around 2:30 pm.

7:30 pm Good Friday Liturgy

The Good Friday Liturgy does not include Holy Communion, symbolizing Jesus’ departure on the cross. The liturgy is a combination of readings, reflections and choral interludes. It is a somber service.

Holy Saturday, April 20, 2019

7:00 pm Easter Vigil

Easter Vigil is the first celebratory service of Easter. It is a service of light and begins with the lighting of the new fire outside the church doors. The Paschal candle which was extinguished on Maundy Thursday is relit.

Easter proclaims the Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. The greeting for Easter is “Alleluia, Christ is Risen!” with the response “The Lord is Risen indeed! Alleluia!”
