Haddonfield Council of Churches Lenten Preaching Series
Beginning Tuesday, February 20, 2018, Grace Church in Haddonfield will host the Haddonfield Council of Churches Lenten Preaching Series and soup lunch. Each week a different member of the Haddonfield clergy will lead the service. Afterwards everyone is invited to the Parish Hall to enjoy a hot soup lunch. This year the clergy will share their reflections on The Book of Joy by His Holiness the Dalai Lama and the Archbishop Desmond Tutu.

Learning in Lent 2018 by the Cooper Episcopal Consortium
The Cooper Episcopal Consortium is a cooperative offering by Grace Church in Haddonfield, St. Bartholomew's Church in Cherry Hill, Holy Trinity Church in Collingswood, St. Mary's Church in Haddon Heights, St. John's Church in Maple Shade and Grace Church in Merchantville.
There will be two sessions each Wednesday, one at noon and one at 6:30 p.m. Each session will include worship, followed by hot soup and bread, and the program. The program will be hosted by a different participating church each week.

February 28 - The Tragedy of the Unopened Gift at Grace Church in Merchantville
March 7 - Find your Calling and Get Your Feet Wet at St. Bartholomew's in Cherry Hill
March 14 - Facing our Challenges, Conquering our Fears, and Good News for Cave Dwellers at Holy Trinity in Collingswood
March 21 - Learning to Wait on Our Big God at St. Mary's in Haddon Heights.

Thursday Morning Bible Study
Starting Thursday, February 22, the Thursday Morning Bible Study will begin a study of Christian Symbolism in C.S. Lewis' The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe. They will be reading the book and watching the movie in addition to discussion. Copies of the book are available from Diane Close. The discussion will be led by Nora Bollinger.
