The Adult Choir and Choristers of Grace Church will sing the beautiful liturgy of Evensong on Sunday evening, February 15 at 5 PM. They will be conducted by Katherine Dienes-Williams, from Guildford Cathedral, England, singing music by Cecelia McDowall, Arlen Clarke, and Guildford native Will Todd.

Ms. Dienes-Williams is originally from Wellington, New Zealand, and holds degrees in both Modern Languages and Music from Victoria University. She moved to England in 1991 to become the organ scholar at Winchester Cathedral before taking her post at St. Mary’s Warwick, and in 2007, Guildford Cathedral, the first woman in English Cathedral history to hold a senior music position in any Cathedral. In September she will take up the post of Organist and Master of the Choristers at Winchester Cathedral, becoming the first woman to hold the senior music position there in its 1000 year history.
