Pastoral Care Ministries
Pastoral Care is the way in which the Christian Community cares for one another in the love of Christ in moments of both sadness and joy. This work is led by the clergy but is shared among all members of the community. If you have a pastoral need please be in touch with the Parish Office (856.429.0007) if it is an emergency call (856) 375-9530.
Below are some of Grace’s programmatic offerings for Pastroal Care.
Lay Eucharistic Visitors
Lay Eucharistic Visitors are licensed to bring the consecrated bread and wine from the Mass to parishioners who are unable to leave their home or hospital rooms. They are an important part of how the Grace Church community stays connected to and continues to care for those who are no longer able to be physically present with us at worship.
Wedding Guild
The Wedding Guild assists couples with planning the logistics of their wedding at Grace. They attend both the rehearsal and the wedding itself.
Grief Ministry (Walking the Mourner’s Path)
Grace is in the process of starting a grief ministry using the Walking the Mourner’s Path curriculum. A small group of facilitators will be trained in the fall of 2025. We plan to offer the first 8-week grief group in early 2026.
